आहृदयाद्ध्रुवोर्मध्यं वायुस्थानं प्रकीर्तितम् ।
वायुः षट्कोणकं कृष्णं यकाराक्षरभासुरम् ॥
From the heart to the middle of the eyebrows is said to be the region of vayu. Vâyu is hexangular in shape, black in colour and shines with the letter Ya.
