घटमध्ये यथा दीपो निवातं कुम्भकं विदुः। निषिद्धैर्नवभिद्वरैिर्निर्जने निरुपद्रवे ॥
निश्चितं त्वात्ममात्रेणावशिष्टं योगसेवयेत्युपनिषत् ॥
like a lamp in an air-tight jar which is motionless, so that which is seen motionless through the process of yoga in the heart, and which is free from turmoil, after having been drawn from the nine holes, is said to be Atma alone. Such is this Yogatattva Upanishad.
