मकारे लभते नादमर्धमात्रा तु निश्चला।
शुद्धस्फटिकसंकाशं निष्कलं पापनाशनम् ॥
by the latter M, it obtains nada; and the ardhamaträ (half-metre) is silence. The person engaged in yoga obtains the supreme seat, which is like a pure crystal, which is without parts, and which destroys all sins.
