क्षणाच्च किंचिदद्धिकमभ्यसेत्तु दिनेदिने।
वली च पलितं चैव षण्मासार्धात्र दृश्यते ॥
He should increase this period gradually every day. Wrinkles and greyness of hair will disappear within three months.
