एवं च धारणाः पञ्च कुर्याद्योगी विचक्षणः । ततो दृढशरीरः स्यान्मृत्युस्तस्य न विद्यते ॥
The proficient in yoga should practise these five dharaņās. Then his body becomes strong, and he does not know death.
