जातस्य ग्रहोगादि कुमारस्य च धूर्तता। उपनीतेऽप्यविद्यत्वमनुद्वाहश्च पण्डिते ॥
When the boy is born there is the worry of evil planes, illness, etc., and then his propensity to evil ways. When invested with the sacred thread he does not become learned and if he becomes wise, he refuses marriage.
