भावे त्यक्ते निरुद्धा चिन् नैव भावान्तरम् वजेत् |
तदा तन्मध्यभावेन विकसत्यति भावना ॥
When the mind is restrained to one object of awareness, casting all others aside and not allowing movement to take place from one to another, then inside that perception the awareness blossoms.
