निवृक्षगिरिमित््यादिदेशे दष्टं विनिक्षिपेत् |
विलीने मानसे भावे वृत्तिक्षीणः प्रजायते ॥
One should fix his gaze on a treeless place, like bare mountains or rocks, where there is no support for the mind to dwell on. Then the modification of the mind becomes less, and the experience of dissolution takes place.
