अग्निहोत्रफला वेदाः शीलवृत्तफलं श्रुतम् ।
रतिपुत्र फला दारा दत्तभुक्त फलं धनम् ॥
The fruit of the Vedas is performing amihotra, the fruit of studying the scriptures is politeness and good conduct, the fruit of a woman is night-happiness and the birth of a son, and the fruit of wealth is charity and consumption.
