आयत्यां प्रतिकारज्ञस्तदात्वे दृढनिश्चयः ।
अतीते कार्यशेषज्ञो नरोऽर्थैर्न प्रहीयते ॥
The one who knows the way to stop the coming sorrow, is determined to perform the duty of the present, and also knows the duty that is left in the past, that man is never devoid of meaning.
