पापोदयफलं विद्वान् यो नारभति वर्धते |
यस्तु पूर्वकृतं पापमविमृश्यानुवर्तते ।
अगाधपड्के दुर्मेंधा विषमे विनिपात्यते ॥
The wise man who does not start sinful deeds, he grows, but the one who, thinking of the sins committed in the past, follows them, that man of false intelligence, is thrown into the rugged hell full of bottomless mud.
