अरोषणो यः समलोष्ट काञ्चनः प्रहीण शोको गतसन्धि विग्रहः ।
निन्दा प्रशंसोपरतः प्रियाप्रिये चरन्नुदासीनवदेष भिक्षुकः ॥
The one who does not get angry, considers lump-stone and subarna as one, sorrowless, free from treaty-virah, free from praise-criticism, renouncing what is dear and unpleasant, and is indifferent, he is a monk (sanyasi).
