कृतानि सर्वकार्याणि यस्य वा पार्षदा विदुः।
गूढमन्त्रस्य नृपतेस्तस्य सिद्धिरसंशयम् ॥
Whose Dharma, Artha, and work, are revealed only after the completion of all the works, that king is the best among all the kings. That king who keeps his mantra secret, undoubtedly gets success.
