न भृत्यानां वृत्ति संरोधनेन बाह्यं जनं सञ्जिघृक्षेदपूर्वम् ।
त्यजन्ति ह्येनमुचितावरुद्धाः स्निग्धा ह्यमात्याः परिहीनभोगाः ॥
One should not attempt to usurp the kingdom and wealth of others by stopping the livelihood of the servants, because by being deprived of their livelihood, deprived of the enjoyments, even the previously loving ministers become opponents at that time, and leave the king. .
