शरणागतहा चैव सर्वे ब्रह्महणैः समाः ।
एतैः समेत्य कर्तव्यं प्रायश्चित्तमिति श्रुतिः ॥
The one who sends Brahmins here and there for service work, and the one who does violence to refugees, all of them are like Brahm killers, one should do atonement after going with them, this is the order of the Vedas.
