विदुर उवाच ।
सप्तदशेमान्राजेन्द्र मनुः स्वायम्भुवोऽब्रवीत् ।
वैचित्रवीर्य पुरुषानाकाशं मुष्टिभिर्घ्नतः ॥
Vidur says, Rajendra! Vichitraviryanandan! Swayambhuva Manuji has said that the seventeen types of men mentioned below are taken to hell by the messenger of Yamraj with noose in his hand, who strikes the sky with his fist.
