दुःशासनस्तूपहन्ता न शास्ता नावर्तते मन्युवशात्कृतघ्नः ।
न कस्य चिन्मित्रमथो दुरात्मा कलाश्चैता अधमस्येह पुंसः ॥
Whose rule is very strict, who is seen with many faults, who is tarnished, who does not turn away from doing evil to anyone due to anger, who does not accept the favor done by others, who does not have friendship with anyone, he is a bad person. There are differences.
