यतो यतो निवर्तते ततस्ततो विमुच्यते ।
निवर्तनाद्धि सर्वतो न वेत्ति दुःखमण्वपि ॥
The subjects from which a man keeps on diverting his mind, he gets freedom from them, in this way, if all of them are retired, then he never feels even a trace of sorrow.
