वाक्सायका वदनान्निष्पतन्ति यैराहतः शोचति रत्र्यहानि ।
परस्य नामर्मसु ते पतन्ति तान्पण्डितो नावसृजेत्परेषु ॥
Arrows in the form of words come out of the mouth and hit the heart of others only, the person hurt by them keeps getting confused day and night, so the learned man should not use them on others.
