आत्मानमेव प्रथमं देशरूपेण यो जयेत् ।
ततोऽमात्यानमित्रांश्च न मोघं विजिगीषते ॥
One who first conquers the mind along with the senses considering himself as the enemy, and then, if he desires to conquer the ministers and enemies, he gets success.
