निश्चित्य यः प्रक्रमते नान्तर्वसति कर्मणः ।
अवन्ध्य कालो वश्यात्मा स वै पण्डित उच्यते ॥
The one who first decides, and then starts the work, does not stop in the middle of the work, does not let the time go in vain, and keeps the mind under control, he is called a scholar.
