न योऽभ्यसूयत्यनुकम्पते च न दुर्बलः प्रातिभाव्यं करोति ।
नात्याह किं चित्क्षमते विवादं सर्वत्र तादृग्लभते प्रशंसाम् ॥
does not lose discretion, does not see the faults of others, shows mercy to everyone, does not give bail to anyone being weak, does not speak excessively, and tolerates disputes, such a person gets praise everywhere.
