अगमन्मे मनोऽन्यत्र सांप्रतं च स्थिरीकृतम्।
एवं यो वेद धीवृत्तिं सोऽहमित्यवधारय।।
‘I am That’, the One Consciousness, which is the Self that illumines the modifications in my mind such as ‘my mind went elsewhere; however, it has been brought to rest now’, – ‘I am that’ (So’ham).
