रे कंदर्प करं कदर्थयसि किं कोदण्डटंकारितैः।
रे रे कोकिल कोमलैः किं त्वं वृथाजल्पसि ।।
मुग्धे स्निग्धविदग्धमुग्धमधुरैर्लोलैः कटाक्षैरलं
चेतश्चुम्बितचन्द्रचूड़चरणध्यानमृतं वर्त्तते ।।
Hey Kamdev (lord of lust)! Why do you repeatedly raise your hand to recite the bow? Hey Nightingale! Why do you coo in a sweet, pleasant voice? O foolish woman! Why do you use your charming sweet sarcasm on me? Now you can do nothing to me; Because now my mind has kissed the feet of Shiva and drank the nectar.
