प्रिय सखि विपद्दण्डव्रतप्रताप परम्परा-
तिपरिचपले चिन्ताचक्रे निधाय विधिः खलः ।।
मृदमिव बलात्पिण्डीकृत्य प्रगल्भकुलालवद्-
भ्रमयति मनो नो जानीमः किमत्र विधास्यति ।।
O dear friend wisdom! The way a potter mounts a lump of wet clay on a wheel and repeatedly rotates the wheel with a stick and prepares utensils according to his wish; In the same way, Brahma, the creator of the world, by putting our mind on the wheel of worry, continuously rotating the wheel with the rod of calamities, we do not understand what he wants to do with us?
