Shvetashvatara • Chapter 6 • Shloka 1
स्वभावमेके कवयो वदन्ति कालं तथान्ये परिमुह्यमानाः।
देवस्यैष महिमा तु लोके येनेदं भ्राम्यते ब्रह्मचक्रम्॥
According to one view of philosophers, 'Prakriti' and 'Swabhav' (the cause of the world) are, according to another opinion, not 'Swabhav', but 'Kaal' (Time) is the reason; Both of them are deluded and bewildered in this matter. In the world, it is the 'glory' of 'Ishvara' by whom this 'Brahmachakra' (Paramsashvat-Chakra) is being continuously rotated.
