Shvetashvatara • Chapter 5 • Shloka 1
द्वे अक्षरे ब्रह्मपरे त्वनन्ते विद्याविद्ये निहिते यत्र गूढे।
क्षरं त्वविद्या ह्यमृतं तु विद्या विद्याविद्ये ईशते यस्तु सोऽन्यः॥
In the same 'Akshara' and 'Anant', both 'Vidya' and 'Avidya' are enshrined, which is beyond even 'Brahman', described in the Vedas. But among these, Avidya is Kshar, perishable and Vidya is Amrit Swarupa; And 'That', who is the God of both of them, is other (different) from both of them.
