शार्दूलविक्रीडितस्त्रीमुद्रां झषकेतनस्य परमां सर्वार्थसम्पत्करींये मूढाः प्रविहाय यान्ति कुधियो मिथ्याफलान्वेषिणः ॥
ते तेनैव निहत्य निर्दयतरं नग्नीकृता मुण्डिताःकेचित्पञ्चशिखीकृताश्च जटिलाः कापालिकाश्चापरे ॥
The fools who have left their homes, with the desire of heaven, leaving the women, who is indeed the giver of all wealth, and which is like currency of Kamadev, should not be considered as disinterested. Kamdev has given them many harsh punishments. Because of this, some roam around naked, some roam around with their heads shaved, some have kept five hairs, some have kept coiffed, and some go around begging with a stick in their hand.
