सुधाधारासारैश्चरणयुगलान्तर्विगलितैः
प्रपञ्चं सिञ्चन्ती पुनरपि रसाम्नायमहसः ।
अवाप्य स्वां भूमिं भुजगनिभमध्युष्टवलयं
स्वमात्मानं कृत्वा स्वपिषि कुलकुण्डे कुहरिणि ॥
Drenching the (seventy-two thousand) nerves in the body with the flood of nectar gushing from your feet, you (the kundalini representing Thripurasundari) descendest from the Sahasrara into the hollow of your own ground at the lower end of the Sushumna converting yourself into a serpent with three coils and a half, and sleepest in the crevice in the centre of the Moola Dhaara lotus.
