Pratyabhijnahridayam • Chapter 1 • Shloka 22
तदा प्रकाशानन्दसारमहामन्त्रवीर्यात्मकपूर्णाहन्तावेशात्सदा सर्वसर्ग संहारकारि निजसंविद्देवतांचक्रेश्वरताप्राप्ति र्भवतीति शिवम् ॥
Then, through immersion in the perfect ‘I-consciousness’ (pūrṇāhantā), whose essence is Light (Prakāśa) and Bliss (Ānanda), and which embodies the power of the Great Mantra, one attains the state of Lordship over the wheel of the deities of one's own Consciousness, ever possessing the power to bring about the manifestation and dissolution of all creation.
Thus is Śiva.
