कस्मात् भयं इह? - मरणात् । अन्धात् इह को विशिष्यते? - रागी । कः शूरः? यः ललना लोचन बाणैः न च व्यधितः ।
From what does fear arise in this world?
From death.
Who is worse than a blind person?
One who is attached (rāgī).
Who is a hero?
One who is not pierced by the arrow-like glances of a woman.
