तस्मै स होवाच।
इहैवान्तःशरीरे सोभ्य स पुरुषो यस्मिन्नताः षोडशकलाः प्रभवन्तीति ॥
Sage Pippalad replied to him, "O Soumya Vats! It is here that the 'Purush' is in the inner body of every living being, that is why the sixteen arts are born in 'him'.
