Krishjan

तेजो ह वाव उदानस्तस्मादुपशान्ततेजाः पुनर्भवमिन्द्रियैर्मनसि सम्पद्यमानैः ॥

Fire (Tejas) indeed is Udāna. Therefore, when a person's vital heat subsides, the senses merge into the mind, and the individual proceeds toward another birth.
