स्थाल्यां वैदूर्मय्यां पचति च लशुनं चान्दनैरीन्धनोघैःसौवर्णेर्लाङ्गलाग्रैविलिखति वसुधामर्कमूलस्य हेतोः ।
छित्त्वा कर्पूर खण्डानवृतिमिह कुरुते कोद्रवाणाम् समन्तात्प्राप्येमां कर्मभूमि न चरति मनुजो यस्तपो मद्भाग्यः ।।
One who does not perform penance in this work-land - the world - is undoubtedly like a fool who cooks garlic with sandalwood fuel in a pot of turquoise; Or he wants to get the root of aak (Calotropis gigantea) by ploughing with the golden plow in the field or he cuts the camphor trees around the field and use them as fence.
