खल्वाटो दिवसेश्वरस्य किरणैःसन्तापितो मस्तके ।गच्छन्देशमनातपं विधिशात्तालस्य मूलं गतः ।।
तत्राप्यस्य महाफ़लेन पतता भग्नं सशब्दं शिरः ।प्रायो गच्छति यत्र भाग्यरहितस्तत्रैव यान्त्यापदः ।।
The head of a bald man started burning with the sun. For want of shade, he went and stood under a palm tree. As soon as he reached there, a big palm-fruit fell on his head with great force. It cracked his skull. This proves that wherever a person who is unlucky goes, his calamity often goes along with him.
