व्यालं बाल-मृणाल-तन्तुभिरसौरोद्धं समुज्जृम्भते,भेत्तुं वज्रमपि शिरीषकुसुम-प्रान्तेन सन्नह्यते ।
माधुर्यं मधुबिन्दुना रचयितुं क्षाराम्बुधेरीहते,ने तुं वांछति यः खलान्पथि सतां सूक्तैः सुधास्यन्दिभिः ।।
One who wishes to bring the wicked to the right path by his nectarine teachings, commits an unseemly act like one who wants to tie a drunken elephant with the thread of a tender lotus stem, piercing a diamond with the delicate petal of a cirrus flower or wants to sweeten the salty ocean with a drop of honey.
