धनमस्येति पुरुषं पुरो निघ्नन्ति दस्यवः ।
क्लिश्यन्ति विविधैर्दण्डैर्नित्यमुद्वेजयन्ति च ॥
Robbers slay, openly in the town itself, the person that is possessed of wealth, or afflict him with various kinds of severity, or always keep him anxious with repression.
