Kaushitaki Brahmana • Chapter 2 • Shloka 10
अथ संवेश्यञ्जायायै हृदयमभिमृशेद्यत्ते सुसीमे हृदये हितमन्तः प्रजापती मन्येऽहं मां तद्विद्वांसं तेन माऽहं पौत्रमधं रुदमिति न हास्मात्पूर्वाः प्रजाः प्रैतीति ॥
Then, when lying beside his wife, he should touch her heart and say:
"That which is established in your beautiful heart, hidden within, which belongs to Prajāpati—I know that.
By that knowledge, may I not have to weep for the loss of descendants."
Thus, his offspring do not perish before him.
