ऊध्वीतं विरूपाक्षं विश्वरूपं महेश्वरम्। सोऽहमित्यादरेणैव ध्यायेद्योगीश्वरेश्वरम् ॥
One should meditate with reverence upon Mahādeva, the three-eyed Lord (Virūpākṣa), whose form is the entire universe and who transcends all limitation.
Contemplating with the awareness, “He am I” (So'ham), the yogi should meditate upon the Lord of the lords of Yoga.
