सर्वकारणमव्यक्तमनिरूप्यमचेतनम् । साक्षादात्मनि संपूर्ण धारयेत्प्रणवे मनः । इन्द्रियाणि समाहृत्य मनसात्मनि योजयेत् ॥
One should contemplate the Unmanifest (Avyakta)—the cause of all causes, indescribable and beyond objective cognition—
as completely resolved into the Self, fixing the mind upon the Praṇava (Om).
Withdrawing the senses, one should unite the mind with the Ātman.
