हबरावलकाराख्यं मंत्रमुच्चारयेत्क्रमात्। धारणैषा परा प्रोक्ता सर्वपापविशोधिनी ॥
While making such conceptions (Dharana) for each and every element, one should recite the seed hymns - Ham Yam, Ram, Vam, Lam respectively. This conception has been told the best for eliminating all evils.
