काम्यानि च तथा कुर्यात्प्रत्याहारः स उच्यते। अथवा वायुमाकृष्य स्थानात्स्थानं निरोधयेत् ॥
To worship the lord by performing all desired activities too is called Pratyahára. So far as Pratyahara as an exercise is concerned, the man should establish the wind from one place to another
