काम्यानि च तथा कुर्यात्प्रत्याहारः स उच्यते। अथवा वायुमाकृष्य स्थानात्स्थानं निरोधयेत् ॥
Likewise, one should perform even desire-motivated actions in the spirit of offering them to Brahman.
This too is called Pratyāhāra.
Or again, drawing in the Prāṇa, one may retain it successively from one bodily center to another.
