Jabal Darshan • Chapter 7 • Shloka 11
पूरयेदनिलं विद्वानापादतलमस्तकम्। पश्चात्पादद्वये तद्वन्मूलाधारे तथैव च नाभिकन्दे च हुन्मध्ये कण्ठमूले च तालुके । ध्रुवोर्मध्ये ललाटे च तथा मूर्धनि धारयेत् ॥
The wise practitioner should fill the body with Prāṇa, from the soles of the feet up to the crown of the head.
Thereafter, he should retain it successively in both feet, in the Mūlādhāra, and in the Nābhi-kanda.
Then in the center of the heart, at the root of the throat, and at the palate.
Next, between the eyebrows, in the forehead, and finally at the crown of the head.
