सर्वपापानि नश्यन्ति भवरोगश्चं सुव्रत । नासांध्यां वायुमाकृष्य निश्चलः स्वस्तिकासनः ॥
All evils as also all ailments in the form of birth and death are automatically eliminated if the Pratyahara is made by aforesaid manner.
