शिरोमध्यगते वायौ गिरिप्रत्रवर्ण यथा। पश्चात्प्रीतो महाप्राज्ञ साक्षादात्मोन्मुखो भवेत्।।
When the Prāṇa reaches the middle of the head, the inner sound becomes like the roar of a mountain waterfall.
Thereafter, O greatly wise one, filled with inner joy, the practitioner becomes directly oriented toward the Self (Ātman).
