Krishjan

आनन्दाविर्भवो यावत्तावन्पूर्धनि धारणात्। प्राणः प्रयात्यनेनैव ब्रह्मरम्ग्रं महामुने।॥

One should retain the Prāṇa in the head until the arising of bliss becomes manifest. By this very practice, O great sage, the Prāṇa proceeds to the Brahma-randhra.
