मासमात्रं त्रिसख्यायां जिह्वयारोप्य मारुतम्। अमृतं च पिवेन्नाभौ मन्दं मन्दं निरोधयेत्।।
If the wind is exhaled through the tongue with a spirit as if the nectar is being sipped in morning, at noon and in the beginning regularly upto the period of one month and process of its retention in navel zone is maintained;
