जिह्वया वायुमाकृष्य जिह्वामूले निरोधयेत्। पिवेदमृतमव्यत्रं सकले सुखमाप्नुयात्।।
Drawing in air through the tongue, one should retain it at the root of the tongue.
Drinking the unfailing nectar (Amṛta) in this manner, one attains complete well-being and happiness.
