सर्वरोगनिवृत्तिः स्यान्नाभिमध्ये तु धारणात्। शरीरलघुता विप्र पादाङ्गुष्ठनिरोधनात्।।
All kinds of ailments are removed when this wind is held in the middle portion of the navel and the body enjoys refreshing when the wind is held on the thumb of the foot.
