प्राणं समाकृष्य पूरयित्वोदरेण च। नासाने नाभिमध्ये च पादाङ्गुष्ठे च धारयेत्॥
Drawing in the Prāṇa and filling the abdomen with it,
one should retain it successively at the tip of the nose, in the region of the navel, and at the great toe.
